SMS Communications
LeadsResponder uses text messaging (SMS) to facilitate AI-powered conversations between service businesses and their leads. By providing your phone number on a LeadsResponder-powered lead form or chat widget, you consent to receive SMS messages sent on behalf of the service business you contacted. These messages may include follow-up, qualification questions, appointment scheduling, and related business communications.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message after opting out and no further messages will be sent.
A2P SMS Registration
LeadsResponder operates as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) for SMS delivery. Each business using our platform is individually registered as a Brand and Campaign through The Campaign Registry (TCR) as required by US wireless carriers for A2P 10DLC messaging. Business registration information (legal name, EIN/Tax ID, address, website) is submitted to TCR and our SMS delivery provider solely for this compliance purpose.
Data Use and Sharing
We respect your privacy. Your contact information, including your mobile number, will only be used to facilitate the business inquiry conversation and will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. LeadsResponder may share limited data with contracted service providers solely for the purpose of delivering SMS messages (e.g., our SMS delivery provider, SignalWire).
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Name, email address, phone number, and business name when you sign up
- Payment information processed securely through Stripe
- Lead information submitted through your lead form by your customers
- Usage data and preferences within the platform

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process payments and send billing information
- Send automated AI responses to your leads on your behalf
- Send you notifications about new leads and account activity
- Respond to your support requests
- Send you service updates and announcements

- Service providers who help us operate our platform (Stripe for payments, Supabase for data storage, Anthropic for AI responses, SignalWire for SMS delivery, The Campaign Registry for A2P SMS compliance)

Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.
