No leads yet. Add the widget to your website or add a lead manually and they'll appear here automatically.
Quick Start Guide
1. A lead calls → the AI answers live, qualifies them, and captures their info. Or a lead submits your website form → the AI texts back within seconds, automatically.
2. The lead appears here as New. The default view shows Open leads only — everything that isn't Won or Lost.
3. Click any lead to open it — review the AI conversation, add a job value, set urgency, and leave notes. Hit the icon to jump straight to the conversation.
4. Move the lead through the pipeline: New → Follow Up → Contacted → Won (or Lost).
5. Set a Follow-Up Date so you never forget to call back — it shows up in the Today bar and stat card.
6. Mark a job Won → a review request message auto-generates. Copy it, paste into your phone, send it.
Replying to leads
Tap the icon on any row to jump straight to the conversation. Type a message and hit Send — it goes from your business number instantly. Sending automatically pauses the AI for that lead so you won't get double texts. Toggle AI on/off anytime with the badge above the reply box.
Edit a lead
Click anywhere on a lead row to open the full lead panel — view the AI summary, full conversation, set job value, urgency, appointment date, notes, and update the status.
Quick status buttons
Hover any row to reveal quick actions:
— Mark Contacted
✓ — Mark Won
✗ — Mark Lost
↻ — Reopen
Overdue follow-ups
Click the red overdue badge next to "All Leads" to instantly filter to only past-due follow-ups.

Lead source breakdown
Below the stat cards, you'll see win rate by lead source once you start setting sources. Use it to see which marketing channel is actually worth the money.
● Green — closing well
● Orange — room to improve
● Red — low conversion
Tracking payment
Won leads show a Mark as Paid button in the panel. Once you hit it, the Revenue Won stat updates to show the percentage of won revenue you've actually collected — so you know if you're sitting on unpaid invoices.
Review request
When you mark a job Won, a popup appears with a pre-written review message. Hit Copy Message — it copies to your clipboard and logs the request. Paste it into a text on your personal phone and send it yourself. It comes from a real number, not a robot — which gets 3× more reviews.
Appointment reminders
Set an Appointment Date on any lead and the system auto-texts them the day before: “Just a reminder, we're coming tomorrow at 2pm.” Fires once automatically — if you reschedule, the reminder resets and fires again for the new date.
Owner SMS commands — manage your pipeline by text
Text these from your phone to your LeadsResponder number — no app needed. Pro feature.
